Welcome to Cleveland

We are so happy you are attending POE in the CLE! Seriously, you will not find more down to earth people who will be excited that you have made the trip here. It's the reason we make it home because...

It's cloudy...a lot. And very cold in the Winter and hot and humid in the Summer. It's also relatively unpredictable. Being on Lake Erie means we get the lake effect which can make the weather change very quickly. Especially in March. It might be 60 and rainy or it could be a blizzard. And that could change while you are here in town, so please come prepared for either.

UPDATE: 03/13/2016 - Current weather prediction is 60's and cloudy / rainy for all three days. TRUST US For Cleveland in Mid March, this is AWESOME :)

UPDATE: 03/11/2016 - Current weather prediction is 60's and rainy for all three days.

UPDATE: 03/08/2016 - Current weather prediction is 60's and rainy for all three days.

So, that's the bad. The good is that Cleveland is up and coming...seriously! We have major growth happening downtown and the Republican National Convention is coming in June. So there is a lot of activity going on and our hotel is right in the middle of it.

Cleveland is organized by East and West side, roughly based on the location compared to the Cuyahoga river. Streets are numbered East and West based on this and the POE hotel is at East 9th Street.

This guide is organized by proximity to the hotel and the general neighborhood area.
